John send us some photos from the LSGG. A great route with plenty of fun gravel roads and as usual some did not survive the ride....

Lone Star Gravel Grinder



It is time for some more Gravel Grinders. Jeff Arnaud brings us a classic ride out to Lone Star Lake. Last year (see Groovy Gravel...) we had a great ride on some packed snow and enjoyed some tasty Lawrence brew. This year we expect much warmer temps, but the same great gravel ride and of course more brew.

What: Lawrence - Lone Star Gravel Grinder
When: Sunday March 20, 2011, 0900
Where: Lawrence, Kansas
Why: Because Jeff has a cross bike and now loves gravel grinding.

Ride starts in the Southwind movie theater parking lot on Iowa street, across from Walmart

    Two laps? That is interesting. It would be some good DK 200 training for sure.
